WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Become part of our unit Global Supply Chain Operations & Process Excellence. We are a multicultural team and our team members have diverse backgrounds ranging from chemistry to biology to data science to Supply Chain Management and business management.

• You lead the Global Label Process Excellence team which is dedicated to defining processes, guidelines and tools for labelling and supporting the global and regional operational teams.
• You administratively lead the Global Operations Services team with around 10-15 direct reports supporting internal partners.
• Furthermore, in cooperation with the functional lead, you are responsible for aligning new requirements with team capacity, setting targets, and regularly assessing performance through continuous feedback.
• In our operating division, you identify opportunities for automation and innovation, and initiate programs for their implementation, which includes managing change effectively.
• You collaborate closely with other APT/O units and AP regional supply chain organizations to establish strategies and define the scope of activities for your area of responsibility and team.
• You nurture strong relationships with internal partners in the Agricultural Solutions division and other BASF units, facilitating the exchange of best practices across regions and leading communities within your area of work.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in business technology, software engineering, (business) informatics, industrial engineering or similar
• professional experience as well as experience in employee management 
• know-how in optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for continuous improvement of business processes and related change management activities
• experience in working with stakeholders
• strong communication skills in English and German

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 66.000 - 70.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
