RESPONSIBILITIES

Join the Business Reporting team as our new intern and support us in business accounting as well as in the development of management reports for business units of the BASF Group. The internship should last at least 3 months, ideally up to 6 months.

• In your new role, you help us with the EBIT Checks and Intercompany Transfer Pricing (ICTP) recalculations for the ICTP area.
• Within the team, you share best practices and continuously enlarge your knowledge in ICTP.
• You support us with the introduction of business intelligence solutions, the development of dashboards and ensure a high-quality and timely reporting.
• Moreover, you are involved in identifying and using potentials for optimization in reports, processes as well as various systems and therefore help us to drive harmonization as well as automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• immatriculated student in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar field
• strong interest in financial statements including profit and loss statements
• good communication skills in English, German is a plus 
• willingness to work in intercultural teams
• openness to learn different technology applications (VBA, Power BI or UiPath) and shape the digital future of BASF
