HR Generalist (m/f/d) - Hybrid Option GER

At HR Services EMEA in our Service Hub Berlin, we stand for comprehensive HR service delivery throughout the region of Europe, Middle East & Africa. We rely on more than ten years of high-quality service delivery as BASF's internal service provider. We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Middle East team as an HR Generalist. This role involves collecting and archiving employee documents, maintaining HR data in SAP, and generating essential HR documentation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting job postings, screening CVs, organizing interviews, supporting local HR operations, and managing training administration, as well as facilitating communication with employees and external providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You collect and archive employee documents before the actual contract is signed; and maintain all HR data in SAP and other HR Systems; and provide ad-hoc reports on demand. 

• You generate letters, presentations, documents, and templates for the HR team to allow them to deliver the needs of the business. 

• You draft and publish postings on all relevant recruiting channels, monitor and screen incoming CVs, and organize the interviews in alignment with HR Business Partners.

• You support our local counterparts and HR Business Partners in the Middle East, with regards to HR administrative and operational tasks.

• You manage training procurement processes, maintain training items in the system, and communicate about this with employees, Local HR, and third-party providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a bachelor's degree and could already have acquired practical experience with regards to HR administration, learning administration and/or recruiting. 

• You are used to working with IT systems, especially MS Office applications, and have as well solid MS Excel skills. 

• You keep a clear head even under pressure, work in a well-organized manner, and communicate clearly and effectively in English. 

• You are good at planning and organizing, friendly and service-oriented towards customers and local partners, and enjoy contributing with your creativity and knowledge to the team's success.
