WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As an expert in our team People Data & IT Infrastructure, you are responsible for the further development of our people data landscape. Within this role you are an application owner and are therefore responsible for BASF's central SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) System.

• You take ownership within our HR department for the implementation of our future SAP HCM System and you interact with all global stakeholders within the process, supporting the optimization of maintenance processes and data conventions. 
• Together with the team, and our data governance department, you are an important part of our future HR (IT) organization and contribute to our global IT transformation by creating concepts and balancing business demands.
• Additionally, you facilitate the global People Data Community to ensure knowledge distribution and aligned approaches.
• You bring your expertise into global projects to ensure smooth data maintenance processes.
• With an outstanding service mindset, you advise all stakeholders within your area of competence.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in Data Science, Data Management or a similar field of study
• profound knowledge in the field of SAP HCM Systems and people data maintenance processes
• experience in managing international projects as well as a goal- and result-oriented way of working
• excellent experience in the management of employees and a customer-oriented appearance
• strong analytical skills
• presentation and negotiating skills in both German and English

WHAT WE OFFER

• location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 65.000 - 69.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience
