WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

At the Legal & Compliance Shared Services Center Berlin, you become part of our global legal and compliance department.

• You are responsible for providing legal & compliance services related to local or international standard legal, compliance and IP inquiries based on templates and/or playbooks. 

• You are responsible for preparing, reviewing, editing, negotiating and commenting on confidentiality sales and purchase agreements and other standard contract types on the basis of playbooks and defined negotiation limits, as well as in cooperation with the legal and patent departments.

• You ensure contract-related review and approval processes as well as legal contract management of existing contracts, the creation and maintenance of standard contract templates and and knowledge sharing. 
• You provide support in the field of intellectual property law on IP law issues and processes, in compliance reviews (including but not limited to conducting compliance due diligence) and legal research, as well as in ad-hoc legal consulting relating to other contract types.
• You have direct interactions with our global legal, compliance and business departments relative to standard contracts and support requests.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in law or a comparable course of study related to business law
• first professional experience in the legal sector or compliance sector or commercial contract management
• experience in drafting contracts with focus on commercial law and the legal review of contracts
• user knowledge of legal databases and standard IT applications
• fluent language skills in English, ideally also in German, other European languages are a plus
• very good analytical skills, goal-oriented approach and strong customer orientation

WHAT WE OFFER

• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 46.000 - 50.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
