Objectives of the Extrusion area Position (For Extrusion operation)
Working on alternate shifts, operate the production line, carrying out the jobs assigned by the Shift Leader
according to work instructions, in a safe manner and according to ISO related systems subscribed by the
company, to produce product within specification.

Main Extrusion Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities(For Extrusion operation)
1. Fully understands and predominates operation procedure, EHS regulations and quality control procedure
with respect to defined operation jobs of unit in process. (Refer to attachment for more detail)
完全理解和掌握与指定工艺单元操作任务相关的操作规程，环境、健康和安全规程以及质量控制规程。
2. Operates & ensures the smooth and safe running of committed unit in production line, strictly adhere to
operation procedure, production instructions and EHS regulations.
严格遵照操作规程、生产指令和环境、健康和安全规程，确保生产线指定单元的平稳和安全运行。
3．Ensures making precise and timely records in logbook and in production control system for defined
operating actions, maintenance activities, turbulence and failures in process, quality reports and parameters of
process. Makes clear and comprehensive handover to next shift team regarding defined units for production
status, loading and unloading, quality, troubleshooting and EHS issues.
确保将规定的操作动作、维修动作、工艺波动、故障、质量报告和工艺参数准确和及时地记录在交接班日志以及
生产控制系统上。就有关生产状况、装卸料、质量、故障处理及环境、健康和安全等事务给接班班组作全面和清
楚的交接。
4.Keeps good housekeeping in each production unit and handle with all waste material in accordance with EHS
regulations strictly.
维持每一个生产单元的清洁和卫生，严格遵照环境、健康和安全规程处理废弃物。
5.Commits the defined sampling in process and analyzing jobs in lab according to QM/QC procedure in
cooperation with lab technician and lab engineer.
根据质量管理和质量控制规程，执行规定的工艺取样和实验室分析工作，并与实验室技术员和工程师进行合作。
6. Manage production area contractors to finish all the assignments safely and efficiently. Lead contractors to
carry out 5S routine housekeeping.
管理生产区域辅助承包商人员，安全、有效的完成所有分配任务。带领承包商做好日常的卫生工作。
7. Trouble-shoot process disturbances and take the necessary corrective actions.
排除工艺故障和采取必须的纠正措施。8.Liaison with maintenance team for any repairs and maintenance towards production machine.
联系维修组对设备维修和维护生产设备。
9.Implement safety rules and regulations to create a safe and healthy working environment in production area.
Participate in continuous improvement. Give general and position training to new FTE as mentor.
贯彻安全规章制度，在生产区域创造一个安全和健康的工作环境。参与持续改进。参与导师带徒。
10. 协助班长进行日常改进和生产事宜的协调活动。
Assisting (Snr) Shift leader on day to day improvement & coordination activity on production matter.

Working in alternate shift carrying out packaging activities according to work instruction, in a safe manner
and according to procedure and instruction.

Main Packing Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities(For Packing Operation)
1. Fully understands and predominates operation procedure, EHS regulations and quality control procedure

完全理解和掌握与指定工艺单元操作任务相关的操作规程，环境、健康和安全规程以及质量控制规程。
2. Follow work procedures and safety instructions/requirement for packaging process of the plant strictly.
严格遵照执行工作程序和包装作业指导书。

5. Prepare all the packaging materials needed for each production run.
Make sure bagging and uploading activities are carried out with the specifications.
Monitor and check packing quality.
做好每一个产品运行所需要的包装材料的准备。确保打包和卸料过程按照规范执行。监督和检查包装质量。
6. Manage packaging area contractors to finish all the assignments safely and efficiently. Lead packing area
contractors to carry out routine housekeeping.
管理包装区域辅助承包商人员，安全、有效的完成所有分配任务。带领包装区域辅助承包商做好日常的卫生工
作。
7. Trouble-shoot process disturbances and take the necessary corrective actions. As main controller for
packaging parameter setting & trouble-shooter on difficult packaging quality issue & follow up.
排除工艺故障和采取必须的纠正措施。负责包装机参数设定、故障处理，改善和跟踪包装质量问题。
8.Liaison with maintenance team for any repairs and maintenance towards packaging machine.
联系维修组对设备维修和维护包装设备。

Requirements (minimum requirement to carry out the work)

Education 

 Technical school degree or above of chemical
engineering/Mechanical/Electrical/Polymer material.
技术职业学校大专或以上毕业，专业为化工工程,机械或电气，高分子材料等
 High school or equal with over 2 years related working experience is acceptable.
可放宽至2 年以上相关工作经验的高中或同等学历人员。

Working Experience

 New graduate or minimum 2 years related working experiences in chemical
industry
应届毕业或二年以上化工行业的相关工作经验

Technical & Professional Knowledge
 Be familiar with shift working 熟悉翻班工作 （并且有意愿从事翻班工作）
 Willing to achieve production targets with professional skills 通过专业能力，努力达成生产目标
 Basic knowledge in SOP, 5S and safety/quality control 标准化操作，5S 和安全质量控制的基本知识
 Strong sense of responsibility 责任心强
