Objectives of the Position          
To drive high-quality reporting, data insights, and system analytics for the Talent Acquisition function across APAC. This role supports strategic initiatives like DASH, workforce planning, and predictive TA cost reporting, ensuring TA decisions are data-backed and audit-ready.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Reporting & Analytics
•    Extract and validate recruitment data from SAP, SFSF, and HR4U.
•    Maintain standard reports (e.g. monthly dashboards, SLA tracking, funnel metrics).
•    Consolidate data to support predictive cost reporting and workforce planning.
•    Flag discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and liaise with TA Ops and HRIS teams for corrections.

 

Project & Initiative Support
•    Provide data and reporting support to initiatives like DASH, Hiring Dashboard, or audit reviews.
•    Track and update data-related SOPs and ensure documentation is audit-compliant.
•    Assist in testing system enhancements, UAT, or changes related to TA reporting.

 

Documentation & SOPs

•    Maintain process documents and definitions for all TA reporting and dashboards.
•    Ensure audit traceability in data extracts, reporting formulas, and dashboard logic.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration
•    Liaise with TA Partners, C&B, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors as needed.
•    Prepare presentation decks for leadership (e.g., Hiring Performance Reviews).
•    Support data inputs required for internal/external audits.

 

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
•    1–3 years of experience in HR operations or reporting.
•    Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
•    Familiar with SAP, SuccessFactors (SFSF), and HR systems (e.g. HR4U).
•    Detail-oriented and confident handling large datasets.
•    Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
