About The Role
Act as Case Manager: Coordinate internally with the Intellectual Property Community, legal Community, (Senior) Business Management / strategy, Research & Development units linked to technical area, Functional units (Communication, Finance, Tax, Regulatory) globally; and liaise externally with Intellectual Property agencies and attorney, worldwide Patent Offices, Trademark offices, Enforcement bodies (Administration Bureaus and Courts).
How You Will Do It
- Case Management
- Training on eIPMS (working platform) to assume role as Case manager: Filing of priority patent applications; Managing deadlines during global patent prosecutions (Patent Cooperation Treaty); Supporting IP counsels for contract/assignment management; handling inventor remunerations, communication to inventors, law firms and patent offices; data administration;
- Archive Management
- Maintaining patent, trademark and contract filing system.
- Achieving and securing original IP legal documents.
- Keeping sensitive material in confidential.
- Assisting and preparing legal documents
- Helping with notarization and legalization for different legal actions, preparing instruction letters and notice letters for remuneration according to requests.
- Helping with registrations with governmental authorities according to requests.
- General Administration
- Performing standard office procedures including scheduling appointments and business trip, e-mails, telephone calls; checking, distributing, filing in/out memos, letters, faxes, etc. In order to facilitate staff in execution of duties and provide efficient information needed for the department's operation.
- Cooperating with Company Administrative Department to plan and organize hotel accommodation, and ticket booking to facilitate the trips of department staff.
- Communicating with travel agency.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in English/Law/Administration/Science
- From Fresh graduate to experienced paralegal in IP field
- Fluent in English communicating and writing
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- Resilient and highly self-motivated
- Interest in international working environment and mobility is a plus
