Schedule production, e.g. shifting, raw materials receive and finished goods delivery, giving priority to customers’ needs to ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly production plan by coordinating with other function, during the whole process in the responsible areas, including normal production, startup, shutdown, trial production etc.
确定生产进度，如：轮班安排，物料输送，在所负责区域整个生产工艺中通过协调各个功能单元包括正常生产，开车，停车，试生产，确保达成日/周/月生产计划。
- Quality control 品质控制：
Initiate regular/periodic product inspections in various stages of production according to product specification to ensure the customers’ expectations and company quality standards are met.
Observe closely waste in production, raw material receive, finished goods delivery, and take corrective action to solve routine/regular problems.
Report to management any major findings, if time allows, take action to address such problems after approval is obtained.
根据产品规范在生产各阶段对产品进行监控，确保达到客户的期望和公司的品质标准。
详细监控生产中的废料和物料供应，采取纠正措施解决例行问题。
向管理层报告重要发现，如果时间允许，获得批准后，采取行动着手解决上述问题。
- Interactions with other functions 与其它部门的联络协作：
Communicate effectively with other functions, e.g. production planning, maintenance, EHS, process and technology team, logistics, SCM, warehousing, QC/ lab in production process on timetables and priorities to maintain smooth flow of work.
同其他部门有效沟通，如：生产计划，维修，环境健康安全，工艺及技术，物流，供应链，仓库，品管/试验室等部门就生产时间表和优先级等问题上进行沟通，以确保生产各个环节畅通。
- Production record 生产纪录：
Keep the records of production data, orders, requirements of quality control, etc. and file in the department as reference for future review.
Generate relevant reports to the management daily/weekly.
Ensure the hand-over of appropriate records to the next shift.
根据装置的记录要求，记录生产资料，订单，品质要求等等，并在部门内归档以备将来查阅。
为管理层的日报，周报准备数据。
确保交接给下一班组的记录准确无误。
- EHS环境健康安全：
Follow all the corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant health, safety and environment protection policies and procedures by seeking consultation from internal and external EHS experts, including enforcement in the observation of all company’s operations, safety, ecology to maintain a working environment that supports work safety and production activities.
根据公司和EHS要求，向EHS经理咨询，执行安全环保政策和程序，包括坚持遵守公司所有的经营，安全，生态和环境的方针以维持一个能支持工作安全的工作环境。
- Production Excellence精益生产：
Support and initiate production excellence activities (Lean activities: 5S, productive maintenance, waste hunting, regular inspection of global standards, continuous improvement in the material flow, organization, production follow up).
支持所有精益生产（5S， 预防性维修，减少废弃物，常规检查，原因分析，持续提高，生产跟进等）。
- People management 人员管理：
Track absenteeism and time-keeping to ensure the sufficient manpower to meet workload.
班组考勤确保充足的人力来适应工作负荷。
- Education教育背景: Vocational or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；
- Working Experience工作经验: 5 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing 5年化工生产工作经验；
- Basic English and computer skills, good interpersonal skills基本英语及电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧。
