生产操作工（浦东高桥）(001826)
- 严格按照BASF EHS管理规定执行日常的生产操作，并参加公司、装置、班组组织的所有EHS培训。
- 发生任何EHS、生产操作、质量事故必须第一时间汇报领班和管理层，并积极配合装置管理人员进行事故调查。
- 当班期间发生应急事故后，按照应急响应事故流程进行汇报和处理。
- 严格按照装置生产操作程序和管理规定进行生产操作。
- 按照每天的生产计划，积极配合班长保质保量的完成当天生产产量和计划。
- 积极参加装置、班组的生产操作、工艺操作的培训和培训考核，提高生产操作技能，独立完成日常生产操作。
- 积极配合装置、班组的人员安排，班组之间积极配合以提高装置的安全、质量和生产效率。
- 根据装置“5S”管理要求，按照“5S”管理要求完成每天的工作任务。
- 与生产班组、装置有良好的沟通，保持积极协作的工作氛围。
- 不断的学习以提高个人的竞争能力。
Requirements:
- 至少高中毕业或化工相关专业中专/技校毕业
- 2年以上化工相关操作经验，年龄25-35为佳
