操作工/高级操作工/DCS(漕泾）(002104)
- 带领装车班按既定工艺/计划操作机器设备达到给定进度表的生产要求；
- 根据与管理人员的讨论结果，及时更新装卸车相关的操作手册及装卸车检查单
- 根据工艺规范、操作手册及工作进度表，确保装车班安全地、精确地和有效地操作机器设备；
- 警示提醒管理人员在装卸车过程中所发现的异常情况、数据偏差、误操作、可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷、工作障碍、工作需求、不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生；
- 指导、培训装车班操作工，确保装卸车操作按照操作规程进行;
- 协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行；
- 配合维修人员实施责任区域的MOC，协助预防维修和应急维修工作。
- 和销售部门、物流部门、QM部门、供应链及生产班组沟通，确保装卸车作业顺利进行；
- 根据装置的安全规定及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求；
- 负责所装货物和计划一致，满足质量目标中与装车及发货相关的要求；
- 有产品质量投诉时，协助调查和产品质量相关的问题；
- 带领装卸车班及时打扫工作场所，确保现场没有废弃物、杂物和障碍物。
Requirements:
- 职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；
- 2年化工生产工作经验；
