- 保持安全、质量和生产力的水平；
- 确保生产计划及时完成；
- 在轮班期间操作生产工艺并且采取控制措施确保产品质量在规定的范围内；
- 排除工艺故障和采取必须的纠正措施；
- 联系维修和工程人员进行车间内的维修活动，包括亲自参与；
- 确保良好的卫生状况，依照程序和当地政府规章正确的处理废料。
- 中专（化学相关专业）或高中及以上学历；
- 在塑料，原材料加工或化工工厂有1年以上操作工工作经验。
