Objectives of the Position         

This role collaborates with regional supply chain team and country service team to provide a consistently high level of service in line with business strategies for operational excellence and customer satisfaction, objectives including:

• Lead and drive Supply Chain process optimization in Asia Pacific region, including but not limited to Order to cash, Supply & Demand Planning, Production-to-delivery etc. to improve business profitability, data transparency and process efficiency
• Manage SCM performance KPIs development and analyse & control supply chain costs in the region
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure business transactions in compliance with relevant business rules, guidelines, and processes across the region. 
• Streamline collaboration among all functions, including GB/GP and external service providers (if applicable), in region to improve cost and service.
• Support Project Mercury implementation

Responsibilities 

Supply Chain Process Owner for continuous process optimization

• Drive continuous process improvement in end-to-end Supply Chain operation to improve business profitability and efficiency
• Work as supply chain process owner, identify pain points, define end-to-end (E2E) to-be process in Order to Cash, demand/supply planning, production-to-delivery etc. and develop solutions, conduct training for regional/global stakeholders
• Coordinate and exchange best practices regionally across operating divisions and functions concerning processes know-how

SCM Performance KPI Management and Cost Analysis & Control

• Analyze KPI trends and variances, identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions across functions.
• Link KPI outcomes to performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular cost variance and trend analyses and present actionable recommendations to reduce cost-to-serve.

Business Governance

• Act as the gatekeeper to ensure business transactions in the region are in compliance with business rules, guidelines and defined process
• Establish and maintain a structured documentation framework of relevant business rules, guidelines, processes, and ensure it’s in line with the unit’s global QM framework setup
• Conduct regular training to keep business team up to date on knowledge of business rules, guidelines and processes.

Cross-functional collaboration and service optimization

• Streamline collaboration among all local functions, including GB, GP and external service providers (where applicable), to improve service levels and reduce total cost-to-serve.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional reviews (e.g., demand-supply alignment, SLA performance, cost-to-serve) and translate outcomes into action plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Master of Business Administration, APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage.  

Working Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain Management and logistics operation; solid operation experience is preferred
• Candidates with less experience may also be considered for this role at a lower job grade, depending on qualifications and potential.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Familiar with SAP including SD, MM & TM modules
• Critical and strategic thinking, solid business acumen, and strong leadership in multinational environment
• In-depth expertise in at least one of the following E2E supply chain processes: Demand & Supply Planning, Order-to-Cash, Transport Management, Inventory Management, and Digitalization in SC Operation
• Knowledge about at least two of the following technologies: MS Power BI, Robotic Process Automation scripting, Process Mining, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how these technologies improve Supply Chain operations
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Very good verbal and written English.
