About the Role :
This role will be responsible for developing the HR Services KPIS in automated tool, supporting the reporting operations with standards. Assuring the data protection and backend standards are followed by the service teams and the BI team.

Key Responsibilities
-
Take responsibility for developing the HR KPIS for services monitor & charging model, service transparency and back end maintenance.

Advanced & agile developer in front end and back end specialist.
-
Assess the service teams on the utilization of the dashboards and back end and the KPI´s analysis and comparison year on year.

Proven track record of translating metrics & data to stakeholders in an easily understood manner

Manage multiple sometimes conflicting priorities
-
Action oriented and demonstrated accountability for results

Drive standardization and harmonization across HR Services in Americas
-
Implement good practice solutions in close cooperation with HR Service Teams, following development.
Minimum Qualifications
-
University degree is Business, Administration, Communications, Psychology or related fields. Post graduate studies related to organization sustainability, education, business management are valued.
-
5 years of experience in service delivery teams, with proven track record of steering continuous improvement initiatives within the team, preferably related to managing knowledge within the team.

Strong analytical skills in reporting & dashboard creation as well as backend automation. Proven track record of translating metrics and data to stakeholders in an easy understood manner.

High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
-
Language skills: Fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese is valued.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment
-
Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector
-
Familiarity with process excellence methodologies (Front end tool advanced developer, back end knowledge, SQL developer. Azure and data bricks knowledge).

Solid Leadership skills: Direct communication & guidance as well as motivation & development of the team members. Partner management & customer focus: focusing on HR services priorities & service delivery.
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

PowerBI, Visier or other Front-End Reporting Tools. Strong analytical skills in reporting & dashboard creation.

Proven track record of translating metrics and data to stakeholders in an easy understood manner.
