- 4대 보험료 산출, 정산, 납부 및 관련 기관 대응
- 퇴직자 대상 퇴직 절차, 필요 서류 및 사후 행정에 대한 안내
- DC 퇴직연금 운영 지원 및 연금사업자와의 커뮤니케이션 담당
- 퇴직연금 부담금 산정을 위한 자료 준비 및 연금사업자 제출
- 급여, 퇴직, 복리후생 등 HR 운영 관련 데이터 관리 및 정확성 확보
- 임직원의 급여, 사회보험, 퇴직연금 관련 문의 대응
