Objectives of the Position         

You will be responsible for implementing enhanced, efficient, and effective processes across all AP countries and business units, while continuously driving process improvements and harmonization of system workflows in the future.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
•    Support operations on preparation and generation of monthly/weekly report.
•    Support on the resolution of operations issues raised by key users and teams leads pertaining to process or system.
•    Support Projects & Initiatives to drive effectiveness & efficiency in service delivery. 
•    Coordination of User Acceptance Test and knowledge transfer to APTC users for projects, Business Release and change requests.
•    Lead and support on the development and implementation of improvement initiatives across the teams in APTC.
•    Support in the data preparation & analysis for KPI reporting and measurement to support the smooth and efficient operations of APTC.
•    Support in the preparation, review and update of knowledge documentations in APTC.
•    Work closely with country and Hub organization to ensure input to APTC are accurate and contain appropriate information for efficient and effective processing, ensuring compliance and minimizing of risk.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, supply chain management, logistics
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in supply chain management, including hands-on experience in order management and shipping document handling.
  • Supply chain management / process knowledge, SAP (SD module) experience, operational order management, foreign documentary trade, analytical thinking, good communication skills.
