Role Summary

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle from Job Requisition (JR) approval to candidate offer acceptance. This role acts as a strategic advisor to the business, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure effective talent delivery. The TA Partner is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and driving a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

 

End-to-End Recruitment Management
•    Manage the complete hiring process from JR approval, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, to offer stage.
•    Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across assigned functions.
•    Ensure timely process progression while maintaining a high quality candidate experience.
•    Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations to hiring managers.

 

Stakeholder Management
•    Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Country Heads, and functional leaders.
•    Facilitate alignment discussions on hiring needs, role requirements, and selection criteria.
•    Conduct regular hiring updates and performance discussions with business stakeholders.
•    Manage expectations on hiring timelines, candidate availability, and recruitment challenges.

 

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

•    Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
•    Leverage recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage relevant talent.
•    Promote employer brand through candidate engagement and consistent communication.

 

Candidate Assessment & Selection
•    Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
•    Coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure structured and fair evaluation processes.
•    Guide stakeholders in decision making with candidate insights and interview feedback.


Communications & Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Serve as the communication link between candidates, HRBP, Country Heads, Talent Teams, and other internal partners.
•    Ensure smooth coordination of interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
•    Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and Finance teams for accurate and timely hiring data.


Process Excellence & Compliance
•    Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and governance standards.
•    Maintain data accuracy in recruitment systems and trackers (e.g., SuccessFactors, HR systems).
•    Continuously improve hiring efficiency through feedback, process reviews, and best practices

 

Job Requirements 

Education

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Analytics, or related fields.

Working Experience

•    At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. 
•    Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. 
•    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).


Technical & Professional Knowledge

•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
•    Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities. 
•    Good interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. 
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). 
•    Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills. 
•    Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
