Objectives of the Position

• Manage and coordinate press release activities across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination through Online Reporter and alignment with social media communications.
• Support India marketing communications – BU comms in collaboration with India country comms, India website, reporting requirements, etc.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate the end-to-end process of press release publication across APAC, including drafting, editing, approvals, and uploading via Online Reporter.
• Liaise with social media communications teams to ensure press releases are amplified through appropriate digital channels.
• Manage and update content on the BASF WXP website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to corporate branding.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of digital communication touchpoints, including websites, intranet, and campaign landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital content meets business and communication objectives.
• Provide support to India country communications team for BU events like trade fairs, social media amplification, content support, as needed.
