EHS Supervisor
Main Tasks
- Responsible for the site EHS by leading the implementation of all safety activities to achieve a zero-incident mindset. These activities cover the process safety as well as the occupational safety aspects which include leading safety walks, site inspections, work permit inspections, contractor safety improvement, P&ID compliance check, MOC optimizations.
- Lead the legal compliance to keep the license to operate by monitoring the site permits and act as contact with government and third party organization.
- Cooperate with regional and global EHS platform to review the Responsible Care status and make sure site conditions and reporting complies to standard to achieve green audit result.
- Support the digitalization of safety related activities (e-work permit, e-SOP, and etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Chemical/Petrochemical plant
- Strong and solid knowledge/experience in occupational safety
- Willing to share safety insights and act proactively
