Objectives of the Position:         

• Carrying out the unloading/taking over of raw materials in accordance with work instructions and safety guidelines under the supervision of a superior.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Performing daily production activities in accordance with the instructions from the Production Dayshift Group Leader (RM).
• Carrying out the unloading of raw materials from ISO tanks to storage tanks.
• Conducting inspections of equipment related to the raw material storage tanks.
• Performing tasks in accordance with the safety guidelines outlined in the Batch Card.
• Carrying out tasks in compliance with the safety regulations established in the Production Department.
• Accurately and completely filling out the Batch Card/Order.
• Cleaning the work area after completing tasks.
• Ensuring that all activities undertaken do not pose problems for the company or the environment.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of chemical processes and equipment such as pumps, valves, reactors, etc.

Tujuan Umum Posisi Ini :

• Melakukan pekerjaan unloading / taking over raw material sesuai dengan instruksi kerja dan pedoman keselamatan di bawah pengawasan atasannya.

Tanggung Jawab utama dan Kegiatan Utama:

• Memimpin dan melaksanakan pekerjaan unloading raw material dari ISO tank ke storage tank.
• Melakukan inspeksi peralatan yang berkaitan dengan storage tank raw material.
• Mengikuti prodesur dan instruksi kerja dengan tepat dan benar.
• Membersihkan area kerja setelah pekerjaan selesai.
• Membantu aktivitas harian produksi sesuai dengana instruksi atasannya selama masih sesuai dengan lingkup kerja.
• Melakukan tugas / pekerjaan sesuai dengan pedoman keselamatan kerja yang ada di Department Produksi.
• Memastikan semua aktivitas yang dilakukan tidak menimbulkan masalah terhadap perusahaan dan juga lingkungan.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

• Sekolah Menengah Atas.
• 2 tahun di pengalaman industri.
• Proses dan peralatan kimia seperti Pompa, Valve, Reakto, dll.
