About the Role :Effectively manage payment requests associated with all HR services, acting as the strategic link between the teams that need to make the payments and the areas responsible for them.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Create service sheets and purchase requests in SAP for all payments related to HR (fleet, benefits, recognition programs, etc.).
-
Track payments and approvals corresponding to invoices entered into the system. Escalate issues in the flow promptly if they arise.

Act as the key point of contact for suppliers, addressing questions and following up on the area's payment processes.

Participate in local and regional projects related to the area.
-
Seek continuous improvement and optimization of the process.

Provide support to the rest of the HR Connect, People Data & Total Rewards team.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Advanced students of University Degrees related to the role to be performed (Administration, Accounting, Labor Relations, etc.)
-
1-3 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or similar work.
-
Effective communication, customer orientation, analytical thinking with attention to detail, data analysis for problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Language skills: Advanced level in Spanish and Portuguese. Intermediate level in English.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment
-
Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector
-
Work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment.
Technical Skills
-
Advanced in Microsoft Office, SAP Z5C, Excel.
