Responsibilities :


As Product Manager for Authorizations & Analytics, you will own globally critical solutions at the heart of our HR systems and play a central role in expanding our strategic delivery footprint in Hyderabad. 

• You take end-to-end ownership for global HR IT solutions in the areas of authorizations and analytics, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement 

• You build and lead a high-impact team in Hyderabad, establishing it as a strong and trusted delivery hub in close partnership with Germany 

• You act as a key interface between business and IT across regions, translating complex requirements into scalable and robust solutions 

• You drive the next generation of HR analytics, leveraging modern SAP technologies and embedding AI-driven capabilities at scale 

• You ensure your team actively uses AI to increase productivity and delivery effectiveness, while at the same time integrating AI into the product roadmap, especially in analytics and data-driven decision-making 

• You guide and accelerate the adoption of AI use cases, enabling smarter insights, automation, and improved user experience across HR processes 

• You ensure operational excellence in a global environment, with strong focus on quality, governance, and reliability 

• You actively shape and execute the global delivery and transition strategy, including knowledge transfer and capability build-up in India 

• Looking ahead, you will expand your responsibility towards H4S4-related HR IT operations, strengthening the integration between analytics, authorizations, and core HR platform services 
  
  

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience in product management, service ownership, or leadership roles in a global HR IT or enterprise IT environment 

• Strong background in SAP HCM and understanding of global HR IT landscapes 

• Solid expertise in authorizations, analytics/reporting, or enterprise platform operations 

• Experience in AI-driven initiatives, data analytics transformations, or digital innovation topics 

• Experience working in globally distributed teams, ideally in Europe–India collaboration setups 

• Strong ability to structure complexity and translate strategy into stable operations 

• Experience in transition, transformation, or setup of global delivery models is a strong plus 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT 

• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach and strong ownership
