The Master Data Business Partner Analyst ensures the accurate creation and modification of customer, supplier, and bank master data for the LATAM and/or North America regions within agreed service-level timelines. The role validates data quality, supports stakeholders and projects, follows internal controls and procedures, and maintains a strong focus on customer experience and fraud-risk prevention.

•  Validate and perform quality checks on customer, supplier, and bank master data for creation and modification requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

•  Help prevent potential fraud exposure by confirming that master-data requests meet applicable control and documentation requirements.

•  Execute mass-change requests in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

•  Support local, regional, and global projects by participating in meetings, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.

•  Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders and other functions to improve the user experience.

•  Prepare presentations and reports, perform testing, maintain documentation in Know It, handle ad hoc requests, and deliver user training.

•  Act as a backup for other analysts when required.

•  Complete assigned activities within agreed service-level timelines and promptly escalate issues when support is needed.

•  Education: Professional qualification in Finance (e.g. B com, CA, CPA, etc.) or MBA or Master degree in finance / Accounting or related disciplines.

•  Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in master-data maintenance, procurement, credit, finance operations, or a related field.

•  Process Knowledge: Understanding of customer, supplier, and bank master-data creation and maintenance, data-quality controls, internal procedures, service-level requirements, and fraud-risk prevention.

•  Decision-Making: Tasks and responsibilities are completed under close guidance or alignment with the team lead.

•  Leadership: No leadership experience is required.

•  Project Experience: Project experience is not required, although exposure to local, regional, or global initiatives is an advantage.

•  Core Skills: Teamwork, effective communication, customer focus, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage ad hoc requests.

•  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

•  Exposure to SAP or another ERP system is preferred.

•  Advanced Spanish, intermediate English, and basic Portuguese proficiency are required for the regional scope described in the source JD.

•  Experience with customer, supplier, and bank master-data processes is preferred.

•  Ability to prepare reports, presentations, process documentation, and testing evidence.

•  Experience in a shared services, multinational, or GCC environment is preferred.
