Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Communication, Change & Culture for the Digital Hub, designing and executing the overall communication and change activities to support the Hub’s vision, culture, and business goals – and to contribute to the overall global communications and culture strategy and targets of Global Digital Services 

• Oversee all internal and external communication channels relevant for the Hub (news, intranet, social media, LinkedIn, event communications), ensuring consistent messaging and strong employer branding. 

• Organize and manage end-to-end events (onsite and virtual) that promote company culture, support our transformation, foster engagement, and create synergies among IT professionals and across technology domains, promoting integration and knowledge sharing. 

• Act as a cultural ambassador, driving initiatives that strengthen our Winning Culture and digitalization priorities, diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and advising leaders and teams on best practices. 

• Monitor and analyze communication and change management effectiveness, continuously improving measures and content based on feedback and business needs. 

• Closely collaborate with the local and regional communications network in BASF and ensure all activities comply with local (India) requirements and leverage local trends and platforms to maximize impact. 

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Change Management, or related field. 

• Up to 1-2 years’ experience in communication, event organization, social media management, preferably in a multicultural or digital environment is beneficial. 

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. 

• Ability to create concepts and content relevant to the local context with a strategic and analytical mindset.  

• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, an open and transformative mindset, curiosity to question the status-quo, and the ability to connect and engage diverse audiences.
