*Position summary:
In accordance with applicable EHS legal requirements and BASF EHS standards and principles, effectively manage the site’s safety and occupational health management system and support compliance with relevant requirements. Systematically manage safety and health risks in the workplace and drive necessary preventive and improvement actions to protect employees’ safety and health and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

EHS 관련 법적 요구사항과 BASF의 EHS 기준 및 원칙에 따라 사업장의 안전·보건 관리체계를 효과적으로 운영하고, 관련 요구사항의 준수를 지원합니다. 사업장 내 안전·보건상의 위험요인을 체계적으로 관리하고 필요한 예방 및 개선 활동을 추진함으로써, 임직원의 안전과 건강을 보호하고 지속적으로 안전한 근무환경을 조성하는 역할을 수행합니다.

*Main Tasks:

- Perform statutory duties as the designated Safety Manager
- Plan and manage site safety and health training programs
- Plan and conduct site safety and health inspections

- Manage contractor safety and health activities
- Monitor and manage site EHS KPIs
- Prepare and manage the Process Safety Management (PSM) program and related documentation

- Support incident investigations and recurrence prevention activities across departments
- Manage site occupational health activities in collaboration with the external occupational health service provider
- Coordinate and manage employee health examinations

- Manage permits, regulatory requirements, and liaison activities with the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL)
- Operate and manage the EHS management system based on BASF Responsible Care® principles

-고용노동부 관련 인허가 및 대관업무 수행
-BASF Responsible Care® 기반 EHS 시스템 운영 및 관리

*Education/Qualifications required:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Major in engineering and science
- More than 5 years of work experience in chemical plant or relevant field preferred(Including PSM)

- Certificate of Engineer Industrial Safety Engineer (Required)
- Certificate of Air Pollution Environmental and Engineer Water PollutionEnvironmental, etc. (Preferred)
- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Familiar with Office software, another computer skill is plus
- Good communication skills and team working

-학사 학위 이상

-공학 또는 이공계 전공
-화학공장 또는 관련 분야 5년 이상 경력 우대 (PSM 업무 포함)
-산업안전기사 자격증 필수

-대기환경기사, 수질환경기사 등 환경 관련 자격증 소지자 우대
-영어 말하기 및 문서 작성 능력
-MS Office 활용 능력 및 기타 컴퓨터 활용 능력

-원활한 의사소통 능력 및 협업 역량
