About the Role 

 

The service involves Success Factors administration (LMS, Talent Modules), management of Learning Management System (LMS) and other talent management modules, ensuring that the system is updated and functioning optimally for user needs, provision of support and training for employees using the LMS, full fledge organization of virtual or in presence training events, administration of online training formats, training data maintenance in Success Factors from the publication of the event to the invoicing of training costs, reports creation, forwarding training participation fees to the cost centers of the training participants. Additional local HR services include adaptation of global/regional learning and development tasks/projects to the needs of the country.

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Oversee and manage SuccessFactors LMS governance for US & CA, including alignment with Global learning teams and regional needs, Content Owner permissions, audit processes and reports and automation of administration tasks 

  • As a Content Owner advisor, advise on LMS usage and best practices, oversee central documentation of learning activities and records 

  • Provide advisory and support on LMS reporting solutions for Audit purposes, new corporate trainings implementation, M&A projects and global projects 

  • Lead the testing, troubleshooting, implementation and training facilitation on annual SuccessFactors releases and new global processes. 

  • Work closely with the HR4You expert team on the usage and continuous improvement of the system for service delivery.  

  • Coordinate training to service recipients as needed.  

  • Collaborate with the global team and other regions to build global standards for Learning services. 

  • Vendor oversight and administration for signature solutions, including reporting on usage and investment, conducting benchmarking research and vendor assessments, making recommendations for portfolio changes and gaps, communication and point of contact for vendors related to daily operations and payment inquiries, creation of PRs for vendors and service entry and invoice processing 

  • Managing employee inquiries for learning vendors 

  • Ad hoc global and regional projects: testing, providing feedback, and representing U.S. and Canada requirements, regulations, and feedback 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Education: Advanced student / University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. 

  • Min 5+ years of experience in relevant field with global companies. 

  • Advanced proficiency in English for oral and written communications. 

  • Experience with Reporting & Dashboards and Microsoft Excel or demonstrated ability and agility to learn systems; SuccessFactors experience a plus. 

  • Soft Skills level: Excellent written and oral communication; service mindset. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment. 

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment 

  • Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector. 

  • SuccessFactors experience a plus . 

 

Technical Skills 

 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

  • Reporting & Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) 

  • [ERP / HCM system - SAP / Workday / SuccessFactors / ServiceNow] 

  • Exp in Power Automate and Power BI a plus.
