Main responsibilities

  • To achieve the sales target in term of cCM1 and volume.
  • Compile and update market information on potential customers, competitor’s activities and market situation.
  • Provide the APO forecast with accuracy and control the goods stock in properly level.
  • Cooperate with Customer Service Operations, Supply Chain Management, Technical Development & Global Key Account Management to support customers with smooth business operation.
  • Record the relevant customer information through Salesforce system (visit report, business opportunities & risks, contact information, customer requirements, samples request, pricing and etc).
  • Drive the innovation and sustainability projects in existing and new customers.
  • Develop and expand the relationship in all level and functions to understand the customer needs in long and short term include pain points.
  • Assure effective volume forecast and continuously improve accuracy.
  • Provide and update the key account plan with short and long terms strategy.
  • Support to achieve teamwork and team spirit for business unit.
  • Additional tasks assign by operational leader.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business/market development within the chemical industry, preferably in PU.
  • Strong knowledge of polymers, especially PU.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with good computer literacy.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.
