Objectives
- Accountable for achieving key financial performance indicators (KPIs), including Net Sales and cCM1, for distributors across the sub-region and designated accounts, with primary focus on Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Build, expand, and develop direct key accounts and distributor relationships to optimize and strengthen the distribution network, ensuring effective and efficient distributor management.
- Maintaining up-to-date customer data and account plans and providing accurate sales forecasts to support effective planning.
- Develop project pipeline with customers partnering with marketing and technical team to achieve future business growth.
Main responsibilities
- Sustainably achieve sales targets encompassing ccM1, volume & sales, costs, working capital and other business targets such as delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Be accountable and responsible for pricing execution and financials for the assigned accounts.
- Coordinate the collection of market insights by developing a deep understanding of customer needs, analyzing market trends and competitors, supporting pricing strategies and product launches, and monitoring the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide timely support on quality and technical matters, perform customer assessments and analysis, and collaborate with regional functions to resolve customer issues.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, product applications, and service needs; execute sales and marketing plans for target customers in alignment with the market development team and collaborate closely with regional marketing on promotional activities and customer projects.
- Handle and collaborate with other parties to respond to customer enquiries in all dimensions such as document, regulatory, agreement and quality issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in the cosmetic ingredient industry.
- Excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
- Works independently with strong ownership and minimal supervision.
- A strong comprehension of the personal care industry.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and owns a personal vehicle.
- Ability to communicate to international teams and influence at all levels with strong presentation skills.
