  • Execution of all import and export orders of raw material, merchandise goods, own manufactured products, sample and equipment for construction business unit in China to support production and satisfy customer's expectation.
  • Managing bonded notebook business and coordinating Customs Audit.
  • Ensure of compliance with import/export regulation, trade control policy, transportation safety and company supply chain processes.
  • Main Tasks:
  • Order processing independently
  • Proactively collect/compile import shipment documents and finish coating registration before shipment arrival to ensure smooth import activities.
  • Ensure inbound shipments are delivered in line with prevailing order instructions
  • Plan and execute maritime/air transportation of outbound shipments of packed goods and bulk materials in accordance with delivery dates agreed with customers and monitor door-to-door performance to ensure delivery as promised.
  • Create, compile and dispatch all required outbound shipment documents to internal departments such as warehouses, CSO's and on the external side, customers, service providers.
  • Perform import and export Customs declaration considering prohibitions, restrictions and Customs procedures. Manage refunds and reconcile Customs duties owed.
  • Where required and applicable, manage and coordinate all ancillary activities such as inspections, fumigation and surveying activities pertaining to each import/export order that has such defined requirements.
  • Arrange company bonded qualification certificate application, renewal and deregistration. Establish, evaluate, apply the bonded operation and monitor processing for sites/plants. Coordinate Customs Audit on bonded processing and complete the bonded hand book verification on time.
  • Manage complaints and claims related import/export execution, do investigation, take corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage logistics service provider's performance and verify freight/service invoice according to contract rate.
  • Generate statistics report, incl. monthly KPI report, LSPs performance report.
  • Establish Customs communication channel and respond to general Customs activities.
  • Ensure existing operating procedures and processes are adhered to comply with the regulations in ISO9002 and ISO14001. Ensure order processing in line with TDS requirement.
  • Ensure all the related service, process and documentation is following government & country-specific legal laws and regulations.
  • Requirements:
  • Education: College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
  • Working Experience: Above 5 years working experience in logistics and/or import & export operation related;
  • Working experience in chemical industry preferred.
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good capability in written and verbal English and Mandarin; Have intercultural competence, communication and language skills; Have proactive and solution orientated; Skillful in software of excel, word and PowerPoint; Expertise in Import/Export Management processes and procedures, INCO Terms and export/import regulations preferred; Have knowledge of IMDG, IATA, Supply Chain Processes, Transportation Management (Air, Maritime and surface) preferred; Experience in SAP preferred.
