We are looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our Automotive Refinish team in Northeast Florida!

As a Technical Service Specialist – Northeast Florida, you will...

• Lead product demonstrations and customer training events
• Conduct hands-on technical coaching to support and retain our active collision center customers
• Support distribution partners with technical product knowledge and training
• Assist sales teams in new business opportunities and customer conversions
• Troubleshoot application, process, and color-match best practices
• Support implementation of solvent and waterborne refinish technologies
• Participate in new product introductions and field-level process development
• Help customers achieve operational and financial improvement goals
• Contribute to achieving business growth objectives
• Travel throughout the territory allowing you to engage directly with customers and industry partners

If you have...

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of automotive refinish industry experience
• Strong understanding of collision repair and refinishing processes
• Knowledge of competitive products, systems, and tools
• Ability to deliver customer presentations and technical training
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• CRM experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• Experience with Surventis Automotive Refinish products is highly valued
