WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Global IT Process Owner HRIS – Time Management systems, you are the application manager and solution architect for the global Coatings HRIS application landscape with focus on Time Management systems.

Your main responsibility is the design, development, and implementation of a dedicated and global IT landscape for Human Resources including a greenfield HRIS implementation. This landscape supports current business objectives and ensures compliance with legal and internal regulations, always in close collaboration with the EC HR department.

In your role as Global Process Owner, you will also understand closely related systems such as HCM and Payroll. You build the bridge to our internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into IT demands.

During projects and ongoing maintenance, you collaborate closely with technical implementation partners and independently lead rollouts and projects.

Your consultancy is valued by our internal partners and leads to a lean but innovative future IT set-up.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a focus on IT and/or HR.
- Solid knowledge of IT landscapes and IT processes in the Human Resources area, ideally with ADP Workforce Management or SAP Success Factors Time Off or comparable.
- Proven track of records for project management skills and techniques.
- Several years of experience with IT projects, in a leading position, in the HR context is desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish. Further languages are an advantage.
- Analytical skills and enjoyment of teamwork to achieve optimal results together with internal and external partners.
