At Surventis, we go beyond the surface - in everything we do. We put customers at the center, think one step ahead, and develop solutions that create real value and lasting partnerships. We inspire each other to think further, take ownership of our work, and constantly push to elevate what's possible. If you bring your full self, challenge the obvious answer, and want to grow with a team that means it - this is your place.

- Design and deliver training and enablement programs focused on practical digital tool usage.
- Manage Regional cross-functional projects with focus on cost awareness and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams while enabling future digital capabilities.
If you have...
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for process optimization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong motivation for hands-on digital implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
